Approximate Lot Size
Choose the option that best reflects your total property area. This helps us estimate travel time, debris volume,
and the size of the work zone during your landscaping project.
- Under 0.25 acres – Small residential lot, short runs, minimal walking.
- 0.25 - 0.5 acres – Typical residential lot with moderate walking and clearing.
- 0.5 - 1 acres – Larger lot with more time moving equipment and debris.
- 1 - 2 acres – Multi-zone lot with higher travel and clearing time.
- 2+ acres – Very large or multiple properties with heavy time requirements.
- Not sure – If you’re uncertain, we’ll confirm during the site visit.
Site Conditions & Environment
These questions help us understand what it actually feels like to move around your property.
Think about how easy it is to walk through the yard, how thick the plants feel,
and whether there are clear paths or areas that are hard to reach.
Vegetation Density in Summer
Imagine walking through your yard in July. Choose the option that best describes the amount of plants, shrubs and small trees.
- Light – Mostly grass or a few small shrubs. Easy to walk anywhere without brushing past plants.
- Moderate – Some bushes and smaller trees. A few areas feel “bushy”, but you can still move around without trouble.
- Heavy – Thick brush or lots of shrubs and young trees. You often have to push branches aside to walk through.
- Overgrown – Very dense growth. Hard to walk through, feels like the forest is taking over, and visibility is low.
- Not sure – Select this if it varies or is difficult to judge; we’ll assess on site.
