Treeline carries out an on-site property assessment of the layout, vegetation, access conditions, and the areas that matter most going into the dry season. This forms the basis of the Spring Action Plan and, where applicable, the Full Quote.
The Spring Action Plan is a property-specific summary prepared from the on-site assessment. It includes a photo report, priority areas, practical next steps, and what may be phased over time.
A Full Quote is the pricing document for recommended spring clean-up or property-preparation work identified through the assessment, where applicable.

Understanding property-level risk begins with site conditions, vegetation and water management working together.

Treeline Wildfire Defence provides engineered, property-level protection for homes in higher-risk areas across the Sea to Sky and British Columbia.
Our approach integrates defensive landscaping, smart irrigation, and automated suppression into one coordinated system designed around how fire behaves in real environments.
Rather than treating wildfire risk as a single upgrade, Treeline develops layered strategies using FireSmart-aligned practices, practical design and intelligent water management.
The result is a resilient property that is easier to maintain, better prepared for dry seasons, and aligned with long-term landscape health.
