Seasonal Service Plans

Maintain your FireSmart standard year-round.

Vegetation grows back. Debris builds up. Conditions shift through the season.
Treeline’s seasonal plans keep your property in control, so risk doesn’t quietly return.

For properties that have already been brought to a FireSmart standard.

Why seasonal maintenance matters

Even a well-managed property changes through the year.

Spring growth pushes vegetation back into cleared areas. Needle cast and fine debris collect around decks, fences, gutters, and structure edges. Dry summer conditions lower moisture and increase receptivity. Fall brings leaves, cones, and branches. Winter storms can drop limbs and material back into zones that were previously clear.

Treeline addresses those changes at the right time, before they become a larger problem.

Visit schedules

2 visits: Spring + Fall
Best suited to properties with lighter vegetation density, slower regrowth, and lower seasonal debris accumulation.

3 visits: Spring + Summer + Fall
Recommended for properties with active conifer canopy, faster regrowth, or heavier debris accumulation through fire season. The summer visit helps keep fuel load from building when it matters most.

Seasonal MaintenancePlans

Keep Your Wildfire Defence Working

TreeLine’s seasonal service plans ensure that landscaping, irrigation and suppression systems remain functional, efficient and ready for wildfire season. Regular maintenance helps reduce ignition risk and extend system lifespan.

2 visits per year — landscaping

3 visits per year — landscaping

For properties that need more frequent attention through the season. Three committed half-day visits — spring, summer, and fall — keeping fuel loads managed and your property FireSmart-aligned as vegetation grows back through the warmer months.

Typically introduced once core FireSmart and system improvements are complete, keeping the property aligned and performing year after year.

Every property begins with a Treeline Property Risk Reduction Proposal, allowing the most appropriate path to be designed from the start.
This allows us to identify risk areas, improvement opportunities and the most appropriate path for your home.

What all Treeline plans are designed to support

  • Ongoing reduction of fine fuels and seasonal debris
  • Cleaner deck edges, fence lines, structure perimeters, and near-home interfaces
  • Better control of regrowth before it rebuilds risk
  • Continued upkeep of spacing, breaks, and lower-fuel conditions by zone
  • Clear communication, photo documentation, and practical seasonal follow-through

Treeline’s maintenance approach follows FireSmart-aligned principles, but the goal is not to treat FireSmart as all-or-nothing. The goal is ongoing management that keeps a property moving in the right direction and prevents risk from quietly rebuilding.

FireSmart-Aligned Work

Each visit follows FireSmart principles to reduce ignition risk and maintain defensible space.

Photo & Visit Summary

Professional, Friendly Care

Consistent workmanship, reliable scheduling and clear communication.

An assessment is required before enrolment

Seasonal plans are scoped per property.

For new clients, a property assessment is required before enrolment so Treeline can confirm zone scope, visit frequency, and the right level of maintenance for the site. Existing clients can typically move into a seasonal plan following their initial project.
