A structured approach to wildfire risk, starting with your property.

How Our Process Works

Every site is different. Terrain, vegetation, access, and how fuel sits around your structure all shape the risk. Treeline assesses first, then builds a scope that fits the property in front of us.

01

Book your assessment online

Fill in a short form with your property address and a few details about the property.

If you’re within our service area, you’ll be directed straight to our online booking system to choose a time that works for you.

02

Arrange a FireSmart assessment before your quote

Before your Treeline quote visit, it is highly recommended that a Free FireSmart assessment is arranged where this service is available in your area.

This creates a formal starting point for the improvements and helps keep the quoted work aligned with clear, property-specific recommendations from the outset.

02

03

Structured on-site quote assessment

When Treeline arrives on site, the property is reviewed in a structured way using the formal recommendations alongside the site visit findings.

That includes near-structure fuel, vegetation and ladder fuels, combustible storage, terrain, access, and how the work will need to be carried out in practice.

Full quote assessment fee: $95 + GST
Credited toward your project if you proceed.

04

Your quote, built around the work that matters

Everything recorded on site goes into a clear quote with scope, pricing, and a zone-based breakdown.

Where a FireSmart assessment has been completed first, the quote is built with those recommendations in mind, alongside the current property conditions identified during the visit.

The work can then be completed as a full-scope project or in practical phases over time, depending on the property and the owner’s preference.

04

05

Review your Detailed Scope, and secure your date

Once you’re ready to move forward, a deposit holds your selected place on the calendar.

You’ll receive your Detailed Scope: a written breakdown of exactly what’s included in your project, zone by zone, task by task.

06

your property improved, with a workflow that supports funding

The agreed work is completed zone by zone, exactly to your scope.

The process is designed to align with funding pathways such as the SLRD FireSmart rebate, where eligible recommended work may qualify for post-work reimbursement, including vegetation disposal in some cases.

Treeline can provide clear records of what was completed, while any rebate review, post-work visit, or final approval remains with the relevant program or provider.

06

05

Protecting the standard going forward

Landscapes grow back, debris builds up, and the risk reduced this season starts rebuilding the next.

Treeline offers seasonal maintenance visits, re-assessments, and ongoing support for clients who want to stay ahead, whether that means maintaining a completed project or returning to complete the next phase over time.
